What types of books do Little Free Libraries accept?
Little Free Library book supply is up to the library’s steward. However, generally any book that is in acceptable condition (readable and undamaged) is welcome to be donated.
Consider whether the book you’re considering donating will be relevant and useful to the community. We know it’s hard, but sometimes outdated or damaged books are ready to retire to the recycling bin.
Are there rules to donating books?
Please be respectful and don’t cram books in a library that’s already full. Speak with the homeowner or business owner where the library is installed if you’re not sure if it’s OK to leave books.
What if I have a lot (50+) of books to donate?
