Just in time for holiday baking season, the nonprofit Little Free Library® and beloved natural foods company Bob’s Red Mill, a leader in the homemade food movement for nearly 50 years, are teaming up on a Holiday Pantry Giveaway that helps neighbors share food as well as books.
The giveaway is open now through November 13 to Little Free Library stewards and supporters in the United States. Ten winners will each receive everything they need to bring a little more sharing to their neighborhood this holiday season:
- An unpainted Mini Add-On Shed, that attaches to an existing Little Free Library to create a neighborhood mini pantry
- A supply of Bob’s Red Mill products, including whole grain oats, baking mixes and other pantry staples
- A set of 10 cookbooks: Simple Sugar by Janna Barnard, How to Cook Everything Vegan by Mark Bittman, Small-Batch Breads by Rebecca Eisenberg, Carla Bakes by Carla Hall, Breaducation by Andrew Janjigia, Greek Out by Maria Koutsogiannis, Richard Scarry’s Busy, Busy Cookbook, Naturally Delicious by Danny Seo, Eat Small Plates by Ben Siman-Tov, and Today We Are Cooking by Tini Younger

“Building community in your own backyard can be as simple as sharing a homemade treat or a good book,” said Margret Brown, Creative Director at Bob’s Red Mill. “We’re excited to partner with Little Free Library to help neighbors share good food, inspiring cookbooks and a little holiday cheer.”
The giveaway builds on an earlier partnership between the two organizations—the Little Free Bakery “Moregetherness” campaign, which provided sharing bakery boxes designed to encourage everyday acts of sharing with neighbors through food.
“Bob’s Red Mill brings a genuine sense of community to everything we collaborate on,” said Daniel Gumnit, CEO and Executive Director of Little Free Library. “We both believe that the simple act of sharing brings people together, and that makes this partnership a true joy.”
Enter the giveaway! Fill out the entry form by 11:59 p.m. CT on November 13, 2026. Ten lucky winners will be notified by email by Little Free Library.
