Read in Color Resources

Read in Color® aims to help distribute books that share different perspectives on race and social justice, as well as literature by BIPOC and LGBTQ+ authors. By reading diverse books, we believe a more inclusive future can grow.

The foundation of this program rests with you, our network of Little Free Library stewards and supporters, to bring this initiative forward. Our goal is to provide a robust selection of diverse books to every steward who wishes to participate. Together, we will work toward a more unified, empathetic, and understanding community.

In addition to sharing diverse books, we invite you to use the resources below to bring Read in Color to your neighborhood Little Free Libraries! Please note that READ IN COLOR is trademarked and the materials below are not for commercial use or resale.
