We must share these with young readers.
To provide diverse books to our community and allow folks to see themselves in the books they love to read.
Reading in Color is one important way I can support diversity in literature, enjoy great books and increase my understanding of others.
Our kids are grown and gone now, but we always taught them to love all others. We want all people represented in our books.
When we started our Library we already committed to ourselves to make our Library a diversity library. Making this pledge is what we have already been doing. We feel it is really important to share these voices and provide access to these books.
