It’s important because our narratives we consume must match our global landscape.
We want to expand our exposure to stories and perspectives of people from diverse backgrounds, especially those whose voices often go unheard. We also want to help increase access to diverse books for everyone by contributing to Little Free Libraries. Literature has the power to build empathy, and representation matters!
