I believe in LFL’s initiative and agree that everyone should be able to see themselves in books. I also believe that by reading diverse books, we can increase understanding, empathy, and inclusion.
We live in a wonderful neighborhood with many kids on our not very diverse street. I want all of the children to feel included by my Little Book Library and to include others of all colors…it’s what Norma would’ve wanted.
