We need to make every effort to dismantle white supremacy culture; understand bias to reduce/eradicate harm; and be anti-racist. Offering books that support anti-racism, LGBTQIA, disability, secularism and marginalized representation is a message to our community and could create change and action through deeper understanding of the books’ content.
