Our LFL is on the property of our mostly white church is in a racial diverse neighborhood. Our Session (the governing body) has condemned all racism and white supremacy and stated we can not be silent. Racially diverse books in our LFL will add to our other education efforts.

We believe in the important of books featuring Black and Brown lives, People of Color, LGBTQ+ themes, and People with Disabilities. Our diverse community need mirror and window books that showcase their stories and open them to widen their perspectives. Our goal is to stock mainly diverse titles for all.
Because every person—no matter who they are or where they come from—deserves to see themselves represented and heard!
