Color adds life and spreads happiness. It reminds us of a garden of beauty and variety.
Because seeing yourself in characters/other worlds is important and meaningful, and books do that for children.
Because books should be windows and mirrors, and children have the right to see themselves in the books they read!
We take this pledge to continue our goal to educate & involve our community by bringing them together in kindness. We want to be a part of building a better community, one that is inclusive & supportive of everyone in it.
