I am helping my employer, 3M, reach a goal to have 750 employees support representation and inclusion by reading and sharing diverse books through Little Free Library! I can’t wait to read and share books by diverse authors to my neighborhood LFLs!

Because every child deserves to know they are special and reading together brings so much joy to my family’s life.
It’s so important to start the education early, before biases are fully formed and children’s books have not demonstrated enough diversity in the past. I fully support this pledge!
