Opening one’s mind through reading is beautiful for the body to grow and nourish.
Children need to see themselves I. Books.
I feel exposure to diversity to our youth is the best way to ensure we build and maintain a truly tolerant, understanding and caring world.
I want to give the opportunity to others to be able to access to a diverse group of books.
I am an elementary school librarian and also a Little Free Library Steward. It is so important to me that the children I serve can find diverse books. I want them to be able to see themselves in the books that they read.
So my children, grandchildren & great grandchildren will appreciate diversity in all our communities
Because I love to read and hear other people’s stories and learn from their journey.
