The beloved children’s book author, Theodor Seuss Geisel, was born on March 2, 1904. You probably know him as Dr. Seuss. The whimsical, bright images in his books have inspired scores of Little Free Library designs. And every year on his birthday, Little Library stewards around the world celebrate by decorating their Libraries or giving away only Dr. Seuss books that day.

In honor of his birthday, we’ve featured 10 Dr. Seuss-inspired Little Free Libraries in the slideshow below! Hover your mouse over any image to reveal where the Library is located. You can find these Libraries on our world map, too!
